A GUIDE TO YOUR FIRST IREMIA VISIT
A simple guide FOR A COMFORTABLE FIRST VISIT
Trying something new can feel a little uncertain, especially when you are not sure what the space looks like, how the session flows or what you need to bring. At Iremia Recovery, we want your first visit to feel relaxed from the moment you book until the moment you leave. This guide walks you through everything you can expect so you feel confident and ready to enjoy your time with us.
Booking your session
Bookings are made online. Choose your preferred service and session time. If you have questions before booking, you can always contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
What to bring with you
We provide towels and chilled water for you. You are welcome to bring your own water bottle if you prefer.
What you bring depends on your service:
The Recovery Room: Bring swimwear if you plan on using the magnesium pool and cold plunge.
Infrared Sauna: Comfortable clothing or activewear is fine.
Compression Therapy: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax in the loungers.
You are welcome to bring a book, headphones or something enjoyable to do while you relax in the compression loungers.
Arriving at Iremia Recovery
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our team members who will walk you through the space. The environment is warm, quiet and designed to help you settle in immediately.
If you are using the Recovery Room, we will explain how the magnesium pool, cold plunge and traditional rock sauna work so you feel supported throughout your session. Our facilities are all beginner friendly, just listen to your body and do what feels good.
During your session
Your experience will depend on the service you choose.
The Recovery Room: Access the magnesium pool, cold plunge and traditional rock sauna. Move through the circuit at your own pace and comfort level.
Infrared sauna: A private, calming sauna session with deeper, gentler heat. The room is yours entirely.
Compression therapy: This takes place in a semi private room just off the Recovery Room. Settle into the compression loungers and enjoy a peaceful recovery. You can read, listen to music or simply relax while the therapy works.
Our team is here to guide you if you need help, but the space is designed for you to enjoy independently and comfortably.
How you will feel afterwards
Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer and more relaxed. You may notice reduced muscle tension, clearer breathing, improved sleep and an overall sense of ease. Hydrate well afterwards and take your time easing back into your day.
Planning your next visit
Recovery is most effective when it is consistent. Many guests pair their sessions with weekly training, Pilates or as part of a personal wellbeing routine. If you want to make recovery a regular part of your lifestyle, you can explore our memberships, purchase multi-packs or simply pay as you go.
