Iremia Recovery Subscription Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to services provided by Iremia Recovery ("Iremia", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you ("you", "your", or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable policies and procedures.
1. Subscription Duration and Commitment
1.1. All subscriptions to Iremia Recovery are subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months, commencing on the date of initial payment.
1.2. All membership fees must be paid in full and on time as agreed upon at the start of the membership term. In the event of missed or failed payments, access to Iremia Recovery will be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. Continued non payment or missed payments may result in termination of the membership. It is the members responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date and that sufficient funds are available to cover scheduled payments.
1.3. Membership sessions are allocated on a weekly basis and must be used within the designated week. Unused sessions cannot be carried over, credited, or transferred to future weeks—you lose what you don’t use. Please note that memberships cannot be paused or put on hold for any reason.
1.4. Early cancellation by the Member prior to the completion of the minimum term will require that the remainder of the subscription plan be paid in full up to the three-month mark, regardless of usage or reason for cancellation.
2. Member-Only Access
2.1. Subscriptions are non-transferable and are valid exclusively for the individual Member whose name and details are provided at the time of registration.
2.2. Access to services, sessions, resources, or facilities under the subscription may not be shared, assigned, or used by any other person, whether for compensation or otherwise.
3. Conduct and Compliance
3.1. Members are expected to adhere to all Iremia Recovery policies, guidelines, and procedures, including any updates or modifications which may be issued from time to time.
3.2. Iremia reserves the right to revoke or terminate a subscription at any time and without refund if, in its sole discretion, the Member fails to comply with any aspect of these Terms or any internal policy or code of conduct.
4. Revocation and Termination
4.1. Iremia Recovery may, at its discretion, suspend or permanently terminate any subscription without notice in the event of:
* Breach of any Terms herein;
* Violation of Iremia’s policies or procedures;
* Behaviour deemed disruptive, harmful, or unsafe to other members, staff, or the organisation;
* Fraudulent use of subscription benefits.
4.2. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining portion of the subscription term.
5. Legal Compliance
5.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in effect prior to or in line with current legacy legislation, where applicable, and subject to jurisdiction as determined by Iremia Recovery.
5.2. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Amendments
6.1. Iremia Recovery reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the subscription services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
