Iremia was created by local Sandgate business owners Robbie and Linzi, the same duo behind AKO Martial Arts. After years of helping people move, train and push their limits, they noticed something missing in the community: a place to slow down.

A place for locals who work hard, dream big, and carry busy lives, but still want to feel good in their bodies. Somewhere you could pop in regularly, not as a luxury but as part of taking care of yourself.

So they built Iremia, a calm and welcoming recovery space where everyone is invited. For the everyday individual, the athlete, the tradie, the parent, the early morning swimmer, the late night worker, and every soul in between.

Here, you can pause, breathe and simply be.

Our studio brings together proven recovery tools like contrast therapy, infrared and traditional sauna, magnesium cold and warm pools, and compression. Each one has been chosen because it helps you feel better in a real and noticeable way, easing tension, improving movement, boosting circulation and clarity, and giving your mind a chance to reset.
